Delivery Timelines:

Major cities: 1–4 business days Towns: 2–5 business days North Eastern states: 10–14 business days No shipping on Sundays or national holidays

Shipping for Large/Heavy Items:

Items like dry cabinets, C-stands, batteries, and chargers may not be shipped via air and could take longer to arrive.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping, payment gateway fees, and insurance charges are non-refundable. Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is due to our error.

Shipping and Responsibility

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance and required signature for any returns. Foto Centre India is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. No C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns or freight will be accepted.

Backordered Items

Backorders are subject to cancellation by Foto Centre India only. Such items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their special-order nature.
